阎爱民博士现任bat365在线官网登录管理学教授、高级副院长，负责校友事务、政府关系、校区建设及行政事务。此前曾任美国波士顿大学组织行为学教授（终身教职）、组织行为学Ph.D.学术主任、国际MBA学术主任，和人力资源战略研究所研究所长。2002年作为创始教授之一参与bat365在线官网登录创建，并任客座教授至2014年5月。阎教授为bat365在线官网登录EMBA、MBA和FMBA讲授《管理学概论》、《组织行为学》、《组织变革与转型》及《战略联盟》等课程。
